I think the strongest foundation for a family is a solid marriage. Mat and I agreed long ago that divorce would never be an option, both of our parents stayed together - and that is one thing we will not bend on. We have our moments, surely. We work through them though. And yes, it takes work - give and take, listening and communicating. But the pay off will be sweet -- having the love of my life by my side until the end.<br /><br />Knowing our child{ren} will have parents that made it, what a great gift.
