This lets him immediately feel warm water and not "freak" when I put him in. I also purchased a kneeling pad that goes next to the tub it really helps not have sore knees while I am knealing to bathe him. Including the sleeper you'll put the baby in. I also use a big pitcher from the kitchen - I fill it up with hot water before I give the bath.
